No matter if business or personal with mindful coaching you can realize your goals and dreams. Mindfulness in coaching means a customized approach to the client: everything can, nothing must! We work on identifying your specific goals, strengths, and areas of opportunity.

My coaching approach in addition to mindfulness, uses different in-depth psychologically based approaches. Combined with my life and work experience as well as a good understanding of human nature, I will accompany you in the development of new approaches and perspectives.
The basic requirement for successful coaching is that client and coach get on with each other, that the relationship is right and that you are on the same wavelength with me. Get to know me first, and then decide if you want to book a coaching program exclusive and adjusted to your goals and wishes. You define the topics that you wish to work on, I will offer you a framework to work with and will offer you the necessary support.
