During my many years of employment at Porsche AG, I was responsible, among many things, for advising team members and their further development as a manager. In addition, I had the opportunity to experience individual and team coaching myself during several occasions. Supplemented by various trainings and a diploma I had acquired coaching competence, which I deepened with the training at Dietz Training. From the numerous coaching and training offers, I consciously chose a coaching training that is mindfulness-based and integrates in-depth psychological approaches. The certification as a coach for personal development completes my profile.
